admin commands

I was just wondering whats the admin command for temp admins and that thing where you can make writing appear on peoples screen and for saying things that appear as other people names and 1 last 1 the 1 to change peoples name in the server

Display message on screen:

Mutate game.showmessage (message)

Temp admin command:

Mutate game.execute (player id, see it in playerlist) adminlogin (U know it )
